Location and classification
Herzogsberg is a legally recognised single vineyard in the Baden wine-growing region, Kraichgau area. The designation municipalities are Binau and Diedesheim; Diedesheim is a district of Mosbach.
Parcel and geology
A documented vineyard parcel of Herzogsberg lies below Schreckhof in Mosbach-Diedesheim. Digeno cultivates a parcel of 2,353 m² there, which is assigned to the Stiftsberg-Grand-Lieu area and the single vineyard Herzogsberg.
For the area below Schreckhof, exposed Muschelkalk beds are described.
