Nonnengarten is an official single vineyard site in the wine-growing region Nahe. The vineyard register assigns the site of the municipality and the Traisen wine-growing area, not the town of Bad Kreuznach. The vineyard number is 511155.

Wines and ice-wine harvesting
From the Traisen Nonnengarten, dry Riesling, a semi-dry Merlot as a Nahe quality wine, and Riesling ice wine are documented. During an ice-wine harvest in 2019, the grapes were completely protected with film up to harvest. At −10.5 °C and 170 degrees Oechsle, more than 200 litres were harvested.
