The wine site is documented for red and white wines. For wines with the designation Greußenheimer Geisberg, Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau and Bacchus are recorded. These include dry Silvaner Kabinett as well as semi-dry Müller-Thurgau Kabinett and semi-dry Bacchus.
