Burg Katz is an officially registered single vineyard in Sankt Goarshausen, in the cadastral district of St. Goarshausen. It belongs to the Großlage Loreleyfelsen in the Loreley area and to the wine-growing region Mittelrhein.

The vineyard directory lists Burg Katz under wine-vineyard identification number 320504. In the 2024 register, 1.6 hectares of planted vineyard area are recorded. The vineyard sites are described as being oriented to the south to the south-west and sloping steeply down to the Rhine. Their weathered soils formed from greywacke and slate.
Wine
A documented wine from Sankt Goarshäuser Burg Katz is produced from Riesling. The 2024 vintage is classified as semi-dry and has 11% alcohol, 11.2 g/l residual sugar and 7.2 g/l acidity.
