The vineyard site carries the code 410340 and, according to the 2024 vineyard register, comprises 47.0 hectares of planted vineyard area. It is assigned to the larger vineyard site Kurfürstlay.
Soils and climate
The soils in Wintricher Stefanslay are described as gravelly and sandy. A comparatively cooler exposure ensures that the grapes ripen later.
