The Spitalhalde is located in Wasserburg in the area of the Bavarian Lake Constance of the Württemberg wine-growing region. It is officially recognised as a single vineyard site and belongs to the Großlage Seegarten.
Climate influence
The nearby Lake Constance influences the wine-growing region to which the Spitalhalde belongs. Its body of water moderates temperature differences between day and night as well as between the seasons and reflects sunlight onto the nearby vineyards.
