Location and classification
Schön is a vineyard site designated as a single-vineyard site in the wine-growing region Württemberg. It is assigned to Duttenberg and Offenau. Duttenberg is a district of Bad Friedrichshall.
Topography and area
The vineyard site lies on slopes in the area surrounding the Jagst valley near Duttenberg. The Duttenberg part is located on Muschelkalk slopes. The total area of the sites Schön and Brenner in the Jagst valley is about 3.5 hectares and is cultivated by part-time growers.
Cultivation and wine
The vineyards of the site Zur Schön are almost entirely cultivated by hand. Wine from vineyards in the Zur Schön area is produced as table wine and sold.
