Schlemmertröpfchen is documented in European Union documents as a protected Mosel wine designation in connection with Bremm. A recorded vintage from 2023 as Bremmer Schlemmertröpfchen was produced from Rivaner (Müller-Thurgau) and marketed as a dry quality wine from specific growing areas with 11.0 % alcohol, 6.8 g/l residual sugar and 5.8 g/l acidity.
