Location and classification
Paulinslay is a legally registered single vineyard site in the cadastre district of Monzel in the municipality of Osann-Monzel in the wine-growing region of Mosel. In the official register of vineyard sites, the site is listed under number 410330 and is assigned to the area of Bernkastel as well as the grand cru Kurfürstlay.

The 2024 vineyard register shows a planted area for Paulinslay of 33.3 hectares.
Documented grape varieties and wine styles
Under the designation Monzeler Paulinslay, wines made from Kerner and Riesling are documented. These include Kerner Spätlese and Kerner Beerenauslese, as well as a Monzeler Paulinslay Spätlese Riesling. The Kerner Spätlese is described as pleasantly sweet and fruity, while the Kerner Beerenauslese is described as a sweet white wine.
