Riesling is documented for the Nonnengarten in producer designations. Both a dry Riesling and an ice wine Riesling with noble sweetness are documented from the 2018 vintage.
Ice wine harvest
In a documented ice wine harvest, the grapes were completely protected with foil up to the time of harvest. The picking took place on 21 January 2019 at −10.5 °C; the must had 170 degrees Oechsle, and more than 200 litres were harvested.
