Grape varieties and wine styles
For wines with the designation Luhmännchen, Müller-Thurgau, Bacchus and Schwarzriesling are documented. A delicately off-dry Müller-Thurgau Kabinett is evidenced, as are semi-dry quality wines from Bacchus and Schwarzriesling. In Bavaria, registered vineyard sites may be used as geographical designations for quality wines and Prädikat wines; at least 85 per cent of the grapes must come from the stated geographical area.
