Katzenöhrle is a vineyard site in the district of Meimsheim of Brackenheim in Württemberg. In regional wine site classifications, Meimsheim-Katzenöhrle is listed as a designated site in the Württemberg wine-growing region and in the Großlage Heuchelberg.
Historical name
The name Katzenöhrle is recorded in a historical set of cadastral maps for the Meimsheim area dating from 1835.

For wines bearing the designation Meimsheimer Katzenöhrle, Samtrot and Spätburgunder are documented. Samtrot is listed in the quality categories Kabinett and Spätlese, and also as a semi-dry wine. In addition, a dry Spätburgunder matured in wooden casks is also recorded.
