Grape varieties and wine styles
Wines from the Apostelberg have been documented in Riesling, Scheurebe, Weißburgunder and Spätburgunder. Dry Riesling, dry Scheurebe, delicately off-dry Weißburgunder, Riesling Auslese and Riesling Eiswein are evidenced.
Vinification
The 2024 vintage of the Guldental Apostelberg Riesling from Weingut und Sektgut Dr. Gänz is fitted with a BVS screw closure.
