Riesling is documented as the grape variety that is harvested from the Antoniusberg for commercial wines. For a wine from Schloss Saarstein, Weissburgunder is also used, sourced partly from the Antoniusberg.
Documented wine styles
In the portfolio of Schloss Saarstein, a dry Riesling from 2016 is documented, which was produced partly from grapes from the Antoniusberg. A 2019 Weissburgunder from grapes originating partly from the Antoniusberg is described as almost semi-dry with 11 grams of residual sugar per litre and fermented in tank.
