The documented Adonis Rieslings from the Wiltinger Rosenberg for the vintages 2019 to 2021 were fermented spontaneously and vinified in stainless-steel tanks. The 2021 vintage was classified as dry and had 8.5 g/l residual sugar as well as 7.5 g/l acidity. A Riesling from the 2018 vintage spent 15 months on fine lees. The Wiltinger Rosenberg is also listed on a historical Mosel winegrowing map from 1906.
