For Rosenberg, 5.4 hectares of planted vineyard area are recorded in the Kueser cadastral area. The vineyard is described as being shaped by sunny slate slopes; slate is the characteristic parent rock.

Riesling is documented as the grape variety for the Bernkastel-Kueser Rosenberg. A documented wine from the 2024 vintage is a Riesling Kabinett with a sweet taste profile, 9.0 % alcohol, 51.4 g/l residual sugar and 7.6 g/l acidity.
