Under the designation Ingenheimer Pfaffenberg, wines made from Riesling, Portugieser and Weißburgunder are documented. In addition, there is a village wine as a cuvée of Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Riesling. Quality wines are listed in the taste profiles of off-dry and sweet, as well as a sweetly matured Weißburgunder Kabinett as a Prädikatswein.
