Documented wines
Documented wines from Bubeneck include Blauer Portugieser, Riesling, Weißburgunder and Cabernet Sauvignon. Dry red wines from Blauer Portugieser and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as dry Riesling, are evidenced; individual examples are classified as Qualitätswein.
Historical reference
Heinrich Vollmer states that his first wine, served in 1973 at Lufthansa, was described as a dry Ellerstadt Bubeneck Blauer Portugieser red wine.
