Minfeld is a municipality in the Germersheim district in Rhineland-Palatinate and belongs to the Verbandsgemeinde Kandel. The municipality lies on the edge of the Bienwald. Minfeld belongs to the wine-growing region Pfalz.

The most important grape varieties mentioned are Riesling and Pinot varieties. Minfeld was first mentioned in a document from the year 982. The municipality’s historical account refers in this document to vineyards on lands that were transferred to the Church of Speyer.
